Deliveries will always be made within reason and as close to the requested timeframe as possible.     If No One is Home:

    Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a secure place for the recipient to collect upon their return. This might include leaving the arrangement with a neighbor or leaving a message for the recipient to coordinate a new delivery time.

     

    Recipient May Be Contacted:

    In certain cases, the Bearded Iris may reach out to the recipient directly to confirm they will be available to receive the delivery.

     

    Request to Leave Item at Door:

    Customers take full responsibility for any requests to leave arrangements unattended. While we understand the need for flexibility, we strongly advise against specific instructions to deliver items to a doorstep, porch, yard, or any location where the recipient cannot personally accept the arrangement. The Bearded Iris cannot be held liable for missing or damaged products resulting from such requests.
